Pahlish Polish Con Exclusives

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! It's almost time for Polish Con again and I have a few different Polish Con posts coming up this week! I will start off with Pahlish's exclusive shades. These gorgeous Chicago-inspired polishes will be available at Polish Con on Saturday, September 23 and the leftovers will be available on the Pahlish website on Sunday, September 24th.

The Bluesmobile is a sheer violet with holographic pigment and orange to green chameleon glitters. This had a good glitter load and spread easily. I used 3 thin coats for full coverage plus 2 coats of topcoat for a smooth finish. The chameleon glitters just GLOW out of this polish! It's such an amazing combination with the linear holo and really catches the light when you move your hands (aka...distracting while driving!).

Jake & Elwood is a deep blackened violet jelly with rose gold metallic flakes and rainbow chameleon flakes. Formula was fantastic and I used 2 coats for full coverage. Call me crazy, but this makes me think of the super old school Pahlish called Dark Parades, but a flakie version vs the original glitter version. There is a ton of depth to this polish and the rainbow of colors really pops against the blackened base.

The Penguin is a soft greyish white with orange and violet sparks and scattered holographic pigment. Being a white, this one worked best in thin coats while allowing coats to dry in between. Using this method, I did not experience streaking (I'm always careful with whites/pastels in this manner). The shimmer in this one is subtle so it was very difficult to capture on camera. You can see it a little better in the macro, but just know it is more apparent in real life. It's a delicate, lovely shade!

Pahlish is available from Pahlish's Big Cartel ShopBe sure to follow Pahlish on Facebook and Instagram for details about restocks (they are Sundays at 7 pm CST) and new polishes. Thanks for looking!
