*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Today I have Pahlish's This is Holo-Ween! Collection on the blog! This 8-piece Nightmare Before Christmas-inspired collection will be available for pre-order from October 15th at 7 PM Central time until October 21st at midnight Central time in the Pahlish shop. The shades will be $11 each or $80 for the set. All sets ordered during the pre-order period will also include a surprise Trick or Treat Bespoke Batch that will be exclusive to this event. Pre-orders will begin shipping on October 18th.

Deadly Nightshade is a royal purple linear holographic with blue/pink multichrome shimmer. Formula was nice and easy to use and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. So shifty and nice! I bet this one will be a fan favorite.

Frog's Breath is an olive green linear holographic with red/green multichrome shimmer. Another lovely formula and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. This polish was definitely my favorite from the collection as it speaks to my green-loving heart. Just look at that shift!!

Pumpkin King is a warm rust linear holographic with purple/gold multichrome shimmer. Formula was similar to the first two and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. Such a perfect fall shade! It's like fallen leaves in a bottle!

Ride With the Moon is pale blue scattered holographic with pink and orange iridescent flakes and shimmer. This one started off sheer but built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. This was a surprise love for me. I don't usually like pale blues, but the rainbowy flakies in this are to die for! I took a shaded macro so that you could see the rainbow goodness a bit better.

What's This?! is a soft orchid pink scattered holographic with muticolored iridescent flakes and shimmer. Formula was lovely and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. I was immediately drawn to this one when my swatch package arrived and I thought the name was appropriate. It did not disappoint!

Oogie Boogie is a pale grey scattered holographic with green/teal iridescent flakes and shimmer. Formula started out sheer, but built up nicely to opacity in 3 light coats. I found this one applied best using light coats (using minimal pressure) vs using thin coats. This is such a great ghostly polish! The flakies peek out through the grey base like they are shining through fog.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel is a sheer charcoal grey scattered holographic with red/purple multichrome shimmers. Formula was very nice and easy to use and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. This one was another favorite of mine. The red and purple shimmer pops nicely against the grey base and really makes this polish unique.

Sandy Claws is an oxblood scattered holographic with blue/pink multichrome shimmer. Formula was great and I used 2 coats for full coverage. This is such a wonderful vampy shade! The blue/pink shimmers are just amazing and pop so nicely against the base. The are fantastic in real life, but were a little camera shy.
